Internal Operations SMS Alerts

Pre-launch: private consent capture is open by invitation. No SMS alerts are being sent.

SEOlith LLC is preparing optional internal operations alerts for designated personnel supporting Plumbing Care Inc. Messages will concern service requests, office follow-up, material status changes and operational escalations. This is not marketing or customer messaging.

Program details

• Frequency varies; estimated approximately 375 messages per recipient per month, not a guarantee or cap.
• Routine hours: 8am–8pm fixed PST (UTC−08:00), daily.
• Separate optional consent will be required for critical operational alerts outside routine hours.
• Message and data rates may apply. When active, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Enrollment status

The enrollment method is an invitation-only form authenticated by a recipient-specific secret link with separate, initially unchecked consent choices, followed by affirmative SMS confirmation before operational alerts. The private enrollment form records choices and provides a receipt. Each recipient needs their own secret invitation link, must enter the invited mobile number and make their own consent choices. The form does not send SMS or activate alerts. A general website inquiry is not an SMS opt-in.

SMS is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Existing company systems and the authorized daily monitoring email report remain available. Per-recipient fallback routing is planned but is not active.
