Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-18. General website provisions dated September 19; SMS addendum published October 18. This policy applies to seolith.com, operated by SEOlith LLC ("SEOlith", "we", "us").

What we collect

  • Contact form submissions. When you request a consultation, we collect the details you provide: name, email, optional phone and company, service interest, and your message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.
  • Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (pages visited, approximate region, device type). Analytics data is processed by Google under its own privacy policy and is not used by us to identify individual visitors.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard connection data (IP address, user agent, requested URL) to deliver and secure the site.

How we use data

  • To respond to inquiries and provide requested services.
  • To measure and improve site content and performance.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except the processors named above who help us operate the site.

Where data is stored

Form submissions are processed through our Cloudflare Pages function and forwarded to SEOlith systems hosted in the United States. Analytics data is processed by Google. We retain inquiry data only as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up engagement.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can also browse the site without submitting any personal information.

Internal Operations SMS Alerts — Privacy

Published October 18, 2026. Pre-launch program: Private consent capture is open by invitation; SMS messaging is not active. These disclosures describe the selected program design. Sending will begin only after the consent process, opt-out/help controls, retention controls, carrier approval and delivery checks are complete. Viewing this page does not enroll you.

SEOlith LLC operates an optional internal SMS alerts program to help designated personnel monitor Plumbing Care Inc. service requests and office follow-up. Messages concern operational handoffs, unresolved requested actions, and relevant escalations. The program is not used for advertising or messages to plumbing customers.

For this program, we collect recipients’ names and mobile numbers, their explicit enrollment choices, the date and source of consent, and opt-out requests. We also process message content, timestamps, delivery status where available, and support communications. SMS alerts contain an event category, request/job identifier, concise requested action and an authenticated ServiceTitan link. Full customer street addresses and callback numbers are omitted from SMS; authorized recipients obtain those details in the CRM.

We use this information to enroll authorized recipients, send the alerts they requested, operate and troubleshoot delivery, respond to support requests, honor opt-outs, and maintain consent and suppression records. We limit customer information in alerts to what is needed for the operational purpose. Recipients should use authorized company systems for additional details and protect any customer information they receive.

We do not sell or rent mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, or consent records. We do not disclose mobile information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared for other organizations’ messaging programs. Only contracted processors and carriers may handle the minimum consent-related data necessary to operate this same program, not to enroll anyone in another program. These restrictions take precedence over any broader sharing language elsewhere in this policy.

We may provide the minimum information necessary to contracted messaging and hosting providers, including AWS and telecommunications carriers, solely to operate and secure this program. Authorized Plumbing Care Inc. personnel receive operational alerts for their work; receiving an alert does not authorize them to reuse a recipient’s mobile number or consent for another messaging program. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law.

We restrict access to authorized personnel and service providers and use safeguards appropriate to the information. SMS travels through carrier networks and may be visible on a device’s lock screen; it is not a secure channel for passwords, payment details, or other highly sensitive information.

When messaging launches, the selected retention schedule will be: SMS content retained in the messaging system for 30 days; delivery and troubleshooting metadata for 90 days; and consent evidence, policy versions and withdrawal history while enrolled and for four years after the last program message or withdrawal, whichever is later. These are selected operational periods for the program, not a statement of a statutory minimum. We retain a minimal opt-out suppression record for as long as this program operates unless valid re-enrollment supersedes it. Documented legal holds may require longer retention. These periods apply to the SMS system; separate source CRM, email and audit archives have their own retention rules; SMS activation is gated on reconciling these rules and implementing the retention controls. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@seolith.com; some records may need to be retained to honor opt-outs or satisfy applicable obligations.

To stop SMS alerts, reply STOP to the program number. For help, reply HELP or email hello@seolith.com. Choosing not to receive SMS does not enroll you in any other program. The SMS Terms below explain enrollment, frequency, charges, and cancellation.
