Use of the Site
The Site provides information about SEOlith services: website development and care plans, technical SEO, AI automation, and paid growth. Content is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit unlawful or misleading information through its forms.
Services and engagements
Any paid work — including website builds, care plans, SEO, ads management, or automation — is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work between you and SEOlith. Pricing shown on the Site is indicative and may be confirmed or adjusted in that agreement. Where no separate agreement exists for a specific matter, these terms apply.
Intellectual property
All content, design, and code on the Site are the property of SEOlith LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission, except as allowed by law. Demo websites shown on the Site are examples of our work and remain our property until transferred under a service agreement.
Third-party services
The Site relies on third-party providers (including Cloudflare for hosting and Google for analytics). We are not responsible for the availability or practices of those services.
Disclaimers and liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOlith is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

SEOlith Internal Operations SMS Alerts — Terms
Published October 18, 2026. Pre-launch program: Private consent capture is open by invitation; SMS messaging is not active. These disclosures describe the selected program design. Sending will begin only after the consent process, opt-out/help controls, retention controls, carrier approval and delivery checks are complete. Viewing this page does not enroll you.
1. Operator and scope. SEOlith LLC provides optional, automated internal operations alerts for designated personnel supporting Plumbing Care Inc. Messages identify a service request/job ID, requested office action, follow-up status or operational escalation and an authenticated CRM link; full street addresses and callback numbers are omitted. This is not a marketing program or a customer messaging service.
2. Enrollment. You must be an authorized recipient and explicitly agree to this specific program through an invitation-only, authenticated enrollment form with a separate unchecked SMS consent box. Each recipient reviews the program disclosures, provides their own number and submits their own consent. A subsequent confirmation text asks for an affirmative reply; operational alerts begin only after confirmation. The private form records choices now, using a recipient-specific secret invitation link. Possession of the invitation verifies access to that recipient’s form; mobile control will require separate SMS confirmation before activation. No confirmation SMS is sent by the form. Providing a phone number, using our website, or agreeing to general website terms alone does not enroll you. Do not enroll another person’s number. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. A non-SMS route remains available through the existing authorized daily monitoring email report and authorized company systems. The selected timely email fallback design uses each designated recipient’s confirmed email destination and requires configuration and testing before activation. SMS consent does not create email consent.
3. Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies with qualifying operational events; the history-based estimate is approximately 375 messages per recipient per month, not a guaranteed count or cap. Routine alert hours will be 8am–8pm fixed PST (UTC−08:00), daily. Outside these hours, routine items are held and refreshed before a morning digest; resolved or stale items are removed. Critical operational alerts outside these hours require each recipient’s separate, optional 24-hour critical-alert consent. Without that consent, SMS quiet hours remain in effect and established office safety procedures apply. No SMS-only emergency response is promised. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Contact your carrier about its charges.
4. Stop messages. Reply STOP to +1 844 655 1529 to unsubscribe. The carrier-managed toll-free flow returns an opt-out confirmation; further program alerts must stop, including overnight critical alerts. The exact carrier response must be tested before launch; no custom carrier wording is promised. To resume, complete the enrollment process again; any carrier-level toll-free block must also be removed using the carrier-supported UNSTOP process. Re-enrollment applies only to this program.
5. Help and contact. Reply HELP to +1 844 655 1529 for program information and unsubscribe instructions, or email hello@seolith.com.
6. Delivery limitations. Delivery depends on carrier coverage, device availability, and other conditions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Alerts are an operational aid, not an emergency response service or a guarantee that every request will be detected. Continue using established office and emergency procedures.
7. Privacy and confidentiality. See https://seolith.com/privacy/ for the SMS privacy addendum. Protect customer details contained in alerts and do not forward them to unauthorized people. Report a lost device or reassigned number promptly to hello@seolith.com so access can be removed.
8. Changes. Updated terms will show a new effective date. A material change in message purpose or scope requires appropriate notice and renewed consent before sending messages outside the recipient’s existing enrollment.
